The Sahara Early Literacy Hub

The Sahara Early Literacy Hub is where early identity development and early literacy flourish together. We provide families, educators, and librarians with racially & culturally affirming early literacy support and retail services. The mission of the Sahara Early Literacy Hub is to connect families, educators, and communities with high-quality children's books and learning experiences celebrating the richness of the Black Diaspora. We aim to promote authentic narratives that honor our present, preserve our past, and build our future through book bundle sales, early literacy coaching, author events, book clubs, educator resources. and of course our flagship service, our school book fairs. In addition, we also host social-emotional learning and social skills building, story time playgroups.
