I lead the development and implementation of relationship-centered workforce systems that strengthen adult reflective practice, family partnership, and quality improvement across early care and education programs.

  • Hosting Black Representation-Centered Book Fairs since 2013. 
  • "Jumpstart Kids" early literacy volunteer tutor (900 hours)
  • Attends the American Library Association Conference annually
  • Lindamood-Bell trained reading tutor
  • Recommends titles and curates curriculum-themed collections for childcare programs and schools.
  • Provides Family-Centered & Teacher Coaching to promote early literacy and the use of children's books & stories to protect and preserve positive cultural and racial identity development, early.
