COC Relational health series

Welcome to a gentle, neuro-affirming space designed to shift how we understand and respond to your child(ren)'s emotional and physical needs (and your own!). We invite you to join the Sahara Family Partnership Hub for our 8-Session Relational Health Series Community of Care (COC) Reflective Group. We'll gather together 2-3xs per month, in community to reflect on our parenting practices. We'll co-create a safe space to reflect on our ruptures as well as our repairs. And you never leave empty-handed. Each session provides a Reflective Toolkit & Workbook to help guide you as you develop a thoughtful and individualized care-plan for you and your family.

Invite ONLY Audience: Parents, Extended Family, Neighbors, and other Attachment-Figures of young children ages 0-5. If you've received this invite, feel free to share the invite with your family, friends, and colleagues. (We intentionally limit the number of participants to create a psychologically safer reflective group space that allows for optimal engagement and connection. So please register early.) 

Date/Duration: 8 sessions, 90 minute sessions. Our COC journey begins Thursday, September 10, 2026.

Time: 6:30 PM – 8:00 PM EST

BONUS: 1-Hour 6:30PM - 7:30PM. Monthly COC Reflective Coaching COC. Bring your specific questions or challenges, we'll reflect and brainstorm together, and then you have the freedom to choose your next steps in a supportive community of care. September 17, October 22, November 19, December 10

This virtual COC series is hosted by Sahara Educare Services and guided by Maimunah Marah, a parent and family-centered specialist, dedicated to relationship-based family support. 

Whether you are a parent, grandparent, or early educator of children ages 0 to 5, your presence and lived wisdom are welcome here.
